- TOPICAL: Dilute with favorite carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, olive, etc.) add 1-2 drops of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (depending on preference/sensitivity). Then mix and apply to the desired area of skin.
- AROMATIC: Add 4 drops of geranium essential oil and 2 drops each of lavender and chamomile essential oils to your favorite diffuser to relax the body.
- Combine 10 drops of geranium essential oil with a carrier oil in a 10 ml roller bottle. Roll your wrists to balance emotions and reduce stress.
