- TOPICAL: Dilute with favorite carrier oil (coconut, jojoba, olive, etc.) add 1-2 drops of essential oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (depending on preference/sensitivity). Then mix and apply to the desired area of skin.
- AROMATIC: Add 5-7 drops of Peppermint essential oil to your favorite diffuser.
- Add 3 drops each of peppermint, lemon, and eucalyptus essential oils to your favorite diffuser to help improve congestion and relieve coughs.
- Place a few drops on a cotton ball and inhale to calm feelings of nausea and relieve headaches.
